Fernanda Caloi has 3 children, is an avid meditator, facilitator and networking enthusiast, and is the inaugural CEO of the LALA Hub in Brazil. Before that, she was Director of Growth and General Director of the product department at Latitud, and spent 10 years at Google, where she was responsible for the entire strategy of programs for startups in the region, and for the launch of the Black Founders Fund, an initiative that has already invested in more than 60 technology startups with black founders in the country.
Fernanda has a degree in Business Administration from ESPM-São Paulo, acts as an advisor to startups and initiatives to promote female entrepreneurship, and also conceived and moved with her family to a community in the interior of São Paulo, where they are implementing a sustainable approach to energy production, water reuse, soil and food resources, as well as collective living.
Fernanda comes from a family where working with social causes has always been part of the routine, and she believes that her entry into the Third Sector is not a coincidence but the natural consequence of all the seeds of help, listening and mobilization that she has planted in her personal and professional life throughout her life.
