DEIAB Committee

The DEIAB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, and Belonging) Committee is a group designed to engage students in discussing DEIA topics, brainstorming, and implementing DEIA initiatives at LALA that consequently will increase the sense of Belonging of the LALíder community. Being part of this team, you will have access to a space to discuss sensitive topics while feeling a higher sense of belonging and representation within the LALA Community. You will also be able to strengthen your empathy, public speaking, research, and project management skills.
