About Us

LALA is a nonprofit organization that aims to develop a new generation of diverse, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders who will serve the Latin American region.

We identify young people aged 14 to 20 who are high-potential and highly motivated—many of them from historically marginalized communities—and give them access to programs that develop skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, social innovation, social-emotional learning, and critical thinking. LALíderes join a lifelong community of change agents and partner organizations working to address the region's most pressing challenges.

LALA Brasil is LALA Global's first local hub and aims to bring our organization closer to the local community—which includes LALíderes, partners, and volunteers.
