Matheus Lima

Matheus Lima's journey began in public schools in his neighborhood, where he noticed significant educational gaps. Fueled by a desire for change, he pursued a chemical technician course at ETEC Tiquatira that opened academic doors and inspired him to promote educational democratization. Driven to share inspiring stories and connect young people, Matheus co-founded the "Fala Daí" podcast. With support from LALA, he grew in leadership, realizing the power of community in addressing shared Latin American challenges. Matheus embodies what it means to dream big and lead with passion, aiming to transform society collectively.
