About the Program
Here, you will find evidence-based resources to help you identify, understand, and manage your emotions. Designed for young leaders, the program strengthens self-care, kindness, and compassion, preparing those who lead to act with greater balance, wisdom, and impact.
What do we offer?
A 40-hour virtual course delivered over approximately 11 weeks, focused on developing attentional, conative, cognitive, and emotional balances. The program combines insights and resources from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practices. It integrates meditation practices, group discussions, reflective activities, and practical exercises applied to everyday life to cultivate greater emotional balance.
