Emotionally balanced leadership begins here
apply before February 16

What is the emotional education Program

LALA's Emotional Education Program aims to provide comprehensive training for young leaders in Latin America, using an innovative approach based on Cultivating Emotional Balance, by Paul Ekman and Alan Wallace.
The program develops advanced skills in emotional intelligence and self-management, offering practical tools for recognizing, understanding and regulating emotions.

What Do We Offer?

The approach of Paul Ekman, a specialist in facial micro-expressions and the psychology of emotions, will be fundamental in helping young people to identify and interpret their own and others' emotions, improving emotional awareness, empathy and effective communication.
As a result, LALeaders will be better prepared to build healthy relationships, reduce conflicts and act constructively in different contexts, strengthening their leadership skills.

Time Commitment and Other Requirements

Emotional Education is a 35-hour course, delivered over a period of approx. 11 weeks. Duration: April 3 to June 19, 2025. The meetings will take place weekly, on Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm (Brazil time). We will also have an immersive weekend in May (date to be confirmed). Commitment
100% attendance required. The program also includes at least one hour per week of asynchronous practice and study.
