About Us

LALA is a nonprofit organization that aims to develop a new generation of diverse, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders who will serve Latin America. We identify high-potential, purpose-driven young people between the ages of 14 and 20 — many of them from historically marginalized communities — and give them access to programs that build skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, social innovation, social-emotional learning, and critical thinking. LALíderes join a lifelong community of changemakers and partner organizations working to tackle the region’s most pressing challenges.

LALA Brasil is LALA Global’s first local hub, and its goal is to bring our organization closer to the local community, which includes LALíderes, partners, and volunteers.
