Work at LALA

We have created lifelong leadership development opportunities, designed to guide young leaders on their journey to impact their communities.
A small glimpse into what our Community offers
In November 2025, we held the first-ever LALA Connection, bringing together supporters to celebrate and strengthen our work. The highlight of the event was the launch of the LALíder Giveback Fund, created by the young leaders themselves, who raised nearly BRL 40,000 in just a few days to support future scholarships.
With Kevin Efrusy’s matching contribution, the event reached an extraordinary milestone: BRL 1.2 million raised. Our LALíderes also shared their stories on stage and with partners, showcasing the strength of our community.

The ticket to enter this emerging community is joining our Leadership Camp. Once a participant finishes this program, they are part of the Community where LALA offers up to 5000 hours of development opportunities to strengthen applied leadership skills, as well as their social impact projects and ventures.
