Ricardo Seara Neto is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about promoting changes in society. With a degree in Environmental Management and an MBA in Data Science from USP, with over a decade of experience in the areas of ESG, education and social impact, his career combines innovation and a commitment to sustainable development.
Ricardo co-founded a startup certified as a B Corporation, internationally recognized for its innovative internationally recognized for its innovative model for the productive inclusion of diverse talents. He has also led projects that have impacted thousands of people through creative education and employability programs.
Currently, as Coordinator of the LALA Mentorship Program, Ricardo supports young Latin American leaders in building relational capital by establishing authentic connections and developing clarity about their goals and the need to achieve them.
Father of little Maria Teresa, he is also a collector of curiosities and enthusiastic about stories, especially those that inspire us to build a fairer and more inclusive world.
