Caro was always driven by her passion for communication, culture, and education. From a very young age, she had the opportunity to be part of multicultural environments that showed her the importance of connection as a source for sustainable change. Caro studied a Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Media from the University of San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador) and a Masters of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management from the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (Germany). She has worked in the NGO field for over 10 years, fulfilling diverse communication and project management roles to empower voices, create spaces, and connect people through social innovation projects. She is passionate about change, stories, and the power of youth. Caro wants to keep discovering ways of bringing people together, sharing inspiring ideas, and having an impact.
As Manager of Bootcamp Operations, Caro works towards effectively and strategically expanding and scaling LALA’s programs across the Latin American region. I want more young leaders to join our movement and be part of spaces that can support their dreams, ideas, and passion for changing their communities and the world.
