Beatriz Bouskela believes in the power of connection and collaboration as drivers of positive transformation. For more than fifteen years, she has worked to mobilize people and resources for socio-environmental and creative impact initiatives and projects.
She holds a degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Sustainability from FGV, as well as training in Conflict Mediation. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations such as AT Kearney, 3M, and Catarse. More recently, she served as Executive Director of Instituto Arredondar, an organization dedicated to strengthening the culture of giving in Brazil. As a volunteer, she has contributed to initiatives such as Teto, Formare, and Atados.
She currently serves as Director of Development and Communications at LALA Brazil, where she focuses on strengthening relationships and strategic partnerships, as well as expanding visibility and engagement among different audiences to amplify the organization’s impact.
She believes that lasting change is built collectively and that technology, when placed in service of people, can expand human capabilities and connections, accelerating the creation of a more just and sustainable world.
