What is the Mentorship Program

The Mentorship Program aims to facilitate impactful relationships between LALíderes and mentors, contributing to the development of participants. Through mentoring sessions, mentors and mentees work together on specific topics to solve challenges in academic, professional, and personal spheres. Join us in shaping the future of young leaders in Latin America by sharing your knowledge and skills.

What Do We Offer?

The Mentorship Program provides a unique opportunity for mentors to positively impact the lives of our LALíderes. Over 6 sessions held in 4 months, mentors help young leaders overcome challenges, address needs, and acquire new skills for their personal and professional development.

Mentors will also have access to spaces for strengthening soft skills, learning about new topics, and networking with peers from different countries. This program is an amazing opportunity to enhance your skills while helping develop the next generation of leaders in Latin America.
