Camp Staff: Trainee Facilitator

This is an initiative where students support the facilitation (end-to-end execution) of LALA’s Leadership Camps. The role responsibilities include facilitating, planning, instructional designing, managing, and much more. This initiative serves as a bridge to accomplish LALA’s vision of someday having all Camps led by students. Caring and compassionate facilitation are at the core of all our work during our programming and within the staff. Trainee Facilitators join the Facilitators Team in a Camp and are mentored throughout the experience!
