Camp Staff: Floater Manager

Floater Managers are LALíderes who have been Trainee Managers before and have experience managing a Camp and solving or escalating challenges that arise during the process. Floater Managers are “mentors” and “supervisors” of Trainee Managers before, during, and after the Camp week. They are responsible for developing training for Coaches and Trainee Managers and connecting events among their staff group.
