Emotional Education is a 40-hour virtual course delivered over approximately 11 weeks, focused on developing attentional, conative, cognitive, and emotional balances. The program combines insights and resources from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practices. It integrates meditation practices, group discussions, reflective activities, and practical exercises applied to everyday life to cultivate greater emotional balance. The program offers practices, resources, and knowledge to help you develop the habit of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you with greater love, kindness, wisdom, and compassion.
