LALAprendiz in Camps is a learning journey that culminates in the camp experience (virtual or in-person). Its goal is to prepare young leaders who can care for systems, navigate uncertainty with consistency, transform complexity into collaboration, and support their communities guided by the values of courage, love, growth, and service.

Through hands-on experiences at LALA Camps, combined with structured training, reflection spaces, and feedback, participants develop operational, relational, emotional, and cognitive skills to lead with purpose.
The journey includes: Self-Assessment, Individual Development Plan, Development Track, Applying Learning in Practice (during the camp week), and a Feedback Cycle.

Selection Process
Final decisions will be communicated by April 7, 2026.
Selected candidates will receive an email and will have 3 days to confirm their participation.
Throughout the LALAprendiz journey (before, during, and after the camps), participants are expected to follow the Staff Attendance Policy (2026.2).
Paloma holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and an MBA in People Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She currently serves as Career Program Manager at LALA Brasil. Since joining the organization in 2023, she has also led the Mentorship and Human Resources teams.
Julia has a degree in International Relations from PUC-Rio, an academic exchange program at the University of California – Berkeley and a master’s degree in Peace Education from the University For Peace – UN Mandated. Throughout her life, she has participated in various programs focused on sustainability and social impact, such as Guerreiros Sem Armas and Gaia Education.
Caro was always driven by her passion for communication, culture, and education. From a very young age, she had the opportunity to be part of multicultural environments that showed her the importance of connection as a source for sustainable change. Caro studied a Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Media from the University of San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador) and a Masters of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management from the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (Germany).
Flavia Faria is inquisitive and thoughtful, always eager to explore new ideas. She holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing and is now expanding her knowledge in Parental Education, blending her leadership experience with a genuine passion for transforming lives. After more than 15 years in project and event management, she left the corporate world to fully embrace transformative education, where purpose and impact go hand in hand.
A social entrepreneur and activist for the right to dream, working to make dreaming a recognized human right and an essential part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Raised in the countryside of Brazil, I founded Dream Factory (Fábrica dos Sonhos) to inspire change and provide opportunities for those in rural, countryside, and marginalized areas.
