The Field

LALA Brazil's Administrative and Financial Coordination department is responsible for ensuring the organization's financial management, guaranteeing that financial resources are planned, executed, and monitored in a responsible and transparent manner, in line with the institutional strategy.
The department focuses on the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance/Internal Controls, playing an essential role in supporting LALA Brazil's programmatic and operational areas.

The Job

The Administrative-Financial Coordinator will play a key role in the institutional structure of LALA Brazil, reporting directly to the Operations Department of LALA Brazil and acting as a link between the strategy defined by local and global leadership and the day-to-day administrative, financial, and legal execution of the organization.

This is a position of high responsibility and systemic vision, with a strong focus on financial planning, budget performance monitoring, and management of financial and legal processes, technical leadership, and constant coordination with internal areas, suppliers, external partners, and LALA's global entities.

On the administrative and financial side, they will be responsible for budget planning, Compliance/Internal Controls, and playing an essential role in supporting the programmatic and operational areas of LALA Brasil. As well as control and monitoring of financial execution (accounts payable and receivable), management of contracts and payments to service providers, accountability, and support for audit processes.

On the legal front, he/she will coordinate LALA Brasil's demands with the specialists who support us to provide regulatory and contractual support, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and security in relationships with partners, suppliers, and financiers, in addition to managing the organization's internal control and compliance policies.

The coordinator will have the support of third-party suppliers to carry out
activities (financial BPO for accounts payable and receivable, accounting, and a pro bono law firm).

Profile

Technical requirements

● Solid experience (minimum 4 to 6 years) in operations, administrative management, finance, projects, or related areas.
● Experience in complex environments, growing organizations, or the third sector.
● Consistent knowledge of financial routines, contracts, administrative processes,
and supplier management.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
● High familiarity with digital tools, management systems, spreadsheets, and
data organization.
● Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
