About Us

LALA is a non-profit institution aimed at developing a new generation of diverse, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders who will serve the Latin American region.

We identify high-potential, purpose-driven young people between the ages of 14 and 20—many of whom come from historically marginalized communities—and provide them access to programs that develop skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, social innovation, social-emotional learning, and critical thinking. The LALíderes (LALA Leaders) join a lifelong community of changemakers and partner organizations working to tackle the most urgent challenges in the region.

LALA Brazil is the first local hub of LALA Global and aims to bring our organization closer to the local community—which includes LALíderes, partners, and volunteers.

The Field

The Communications area is extremely important for the entire LALA ecosystem. It promotes, positions and establishes a connection with young people, their families, donors and partners. This area plays a vital role in our long-term success, as it will make LALA better known through innovative communication campaigns, with engaging narratives that resonate with our target audience, and with our consistent and attractive presence on various channels, inside and outside Brazil.
