Lina is a multimedia communicator driven by people, culture, and purpose. Throughout her five years of experience, she has worked at the intersection of education, interculturality, communication, and social impact, transforming individual initiatives into collective movements for systemic change.
Coming from a humble family in the countryside of São Paulo, it was education that showed her her dreams could become reality. Determined to take ownership of her own journey and committed to global and experiential learning, she earned scholarships for programs such as The School of The New York Times, Baret Scholars, and the Take Action Lab. These experiences took her to more than ten countries and strengthened her belief that the world is truly a living classroom.
Passionate about the social sector, Lina has built her path through organizations and initiatives such as Educaree, Instituto Phi, Supermentor, Globalizando, and Bush Radio, always striving to serve as a bridge between people, ideas, and purposes that deserve to meet.
She believes in community building and holistic development as pathways to shaping conscious, empathetic individuals and agents of transformation. For this reason, she is dedicated to creating narratives, communities, and learning experiences where people and ideas can flourish together through equity, belonging, and inclusion.
