Inspired by the world’s diverse cultures and driven by curiosity, João Pedro is a 23-year-old International Relations professional with a focus on social impact. João is a dual-degree seeker, having completed his B.A.in International Relations at FGV and currently finalizing his second B.A. at USP, which included an exchange program in Taipei, Taiwan.
His career began in corporate sustainability at the UN Global Compact, where he discovered his passion for social impact. Seeking broader corporate experience, he transitioned to roles in Business Development at DiDi Chuxing and as a BDR at an American SaaS startup, before joining LALA as an Admissions Analyst. Volunteering has always been an important part of João’s life. He was a volunteer teacher of Brazilian Geography at Cursinho Popular FGV. Also, he was a UNV for UNICEF Guinea Bissau as a Portuguese-English translator.
Working at LALA marks the beginning of his desire to contribute to the development of leadership education in Latin America.
