The LALA Fundraising Initiative is one of the alternatives we offer as an organization to those candidates who have been selected to participate in our leadership camps and then enter the LALA ecosystem of opportunities, but do not have the financial resources to do so. At LALA we offer to around 90% of our applicants with financial need scholarships of up to 90%. This initiative seeks to accompany these young people in the process of raising the remaining money they need for their participation.
This initiative lasts four (04) weeks and focuses on providing tools, knowledge and access to networks that will enable participants to reach their fundraising goals. The students can also receive support from the Fundraising Coaches.
The role of the Fundraising Coaches is to accompany the young people in this process, helping them in their process to strengthen their ability to tell their story and promote their campaigns to potential donors. LALA will provide the volunteer coaches with all the support they require, and we hope that together we can help each of these young people reach their goal!
Thank you again for your interest in being part of the initiative as a volunteer, your support is transforming Latin America!

As an anthropologist, she learned to value different cultural perspectives and how we can learn from each other to build a better world, and as an admissions analyst, Fernanda works in the area that is the gateway for future LALeaders, overseeing the entire process of outreach, application, and entry into the LALA community.
