As part of the Career Program, the Employability Workshop supports LALíderes in developing their professional careers, offering practical tools to strengthen their professional identity, broaden their career prospects, and increase their chances of entering the job market. The initiative guides young people in building attractive professional profiles, teaches techniques for interviews and selection processes, presents different career paths, and encourages the creation of networks with professionals and mentors.
With 8 weekly modules and the direct support and participation of professionals of companies such as Nubank, Instituto Ayrton Senna, and META, the pilot program will be offered to Brazilian LALíderes looking for clarity about their careers and support on this journey. The program includes practical and theoretical activities, as well as grants exclusive access to professional platforms for free.
Duration: April 9th to July 7th, 2026.
Obs: All meetings will be on Thursdays; some will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and some from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Brasília Time).
Workshops in Portuguese, fluency required.
Final decisions will be communicated at the end of March, 2026.

The program requires participation on all modules.
Paloma holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and an MBA in People Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She currently serves as Career Program Manager at LALA Brasil. Since joining the organization in 2023, she has also led the Mentorship and Human Resources teams.
