Mentorship
Program

About the Program

The Mentorship Program provides a unique opportunity for mentors to positively impact the lives of our LALíderes. Over 6 sessions held in 4 months, mentors help young leaders overcome challenges, address needs, and acquire new skills for their personal and professional development.

In addition to 1:1 mentoring (mentor <> mentee), we will also offer trainings and masterclasses on pre-defined dates, which will take place once a month. The themes of the training will be defined together with the mentees (on the application form) so that they can assist in their development.

Format

Duration: March 3rd to June 17th, 2026.

Curriculum

What is offered?

The mentorship program aims to facilitate impactful relationships between LALíderes and mentors, in order to contribute to the development of participants. Through mentoring sessions, mentees and mentors will work on specific topics to solve challenges that mentees face in their academic, professional, and personal spheres. This is a great opportunity to connect with experienced individuals who are outstanding in their fields and access their networks.
