About the Program

Here, you will find evidence-based resources to help you identify, understand, and manage your emotions. Designed for young leaders, the program strengthens self-care, kindness, and compassion, preparing those who lead to act with greater balance, wisdom, and impact.

Emotional Education is a 40-hour virtual course delivered over approximately 11 weeks, focused on developing attentional, conative, cognitive, and emotional balances.
